Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, as time is reserved specifically for your session.

Discounted Bundles

Packages, special offers, and bundles are non-refundable. This protects our business from previous misuse of discounted sessions.

Cancellations & Reschedules

We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation and reschedule policy. Notice must be given at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

  • 1st Offence: 50% of your appointment cost will be charged. The remainder can roll over to your next session.

  • 2nd Offence: The session is forfeited. If paid, no refund will be issued. If unpaid, you’ll be charged in full.

  • 3rd Offence: The session is forfeited and the client may be removed from our books. Pre-paid sessions will also be lost.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may lose their session, and this will be considered a last-minute cancellation.

No Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and charged accordingly.

Age Policy

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments, including fillers and body sculpting.

Proof of age may be requested at your appointment.

Safety & Medical Disclaimer

All clients are required to complete a consultation form before treatment. Please disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, or if you are pregnant.

Right to Refuse Service

ElleAmour Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Presents a contraindication or risk to treatment

  • Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Displays abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

Media Consent

Before and after photos may be taken for tracking treatment progress. These images will only be used for marketing purposes with your signed consent. We respect your privacy and will never post images without approval.

By booking a session with ElleAmour Esthetics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the policies outlined above.
